Baking & Blogging

Whew!!! I had no idea how much work it is to have a food based business! I have so much more respect (not that I didn't before) for restauranteurs. All I want to do is bake and the lists go on and on for all the licensing and permitting that needs to be done. Not to mention just the logistics of it all too. But no worries....checking things off the list every day. Now to get the website and brochures finished!
